Usually this means that the cl auto poster was unable to publish your ad. Chances are that there is a bad email setting and the cl auto poster was unable to log into your main email account to publish the ads. Check your email settings and password.

*NOTE* The only other reason your Ad Status might be saying this is if you posted your ad directly through a craigslist account. This DOES NOT mean posting an ad by using an email address associated with a craigslist account — doing that doesn't actually post an ad to a craigslist account. What we are refering to is if you posted the ad using the !login variable which logs INTO your craigslist account to publish the ad. More information on doing that is here.
