ANSWER

Clicking the Reset All Posts button will clear out the Ad Status for ALL of your ads. This is useful if you ran into posting problems and your ads are showing as "waiting for email". By clicking this button, your Ad Manager, which has links to your posted ads and your manage link, will be cleared. This will NOT delete any ads or settings, just the "memory" of past posted ads.
