You may be encountering problems for a number of reasons. Whether you are a paid customer or someone trying out the free DEMO, we will try our best to quickly help you get the software working correctly.
To report a problem:
1. Go to our contact page, or click here.
2. Fill out the required fields in our contact form.
3. For the subject of the email, put "Help with CL Auto Poster"
4. For the body of the email, please describe in as much detail as possible the problem you are experiencing
5. Copy and paste your information from your cap.log file into the end of the email email. This file is located in the directory where you installed the CL Auto Poster software. Usually it is similar to C:\claposter, it can be opened and viewed using notepad.
